Hi @dd19844, I certainly understand your concern with the funds being held even though your order has been canceled. I see that our system has sent a reversal request to your financial institution for the funds to be released. The time frame of when you would see the funds available would be dependent upon your financial institution and would recommend contacting them for further information.
