Flexpay due today – Item returned but package delivered to wrong address by UPS
item # 608-317 this item was returned to HSN along with 6 others and package is lost according to UPS even though website is showing as delivered to Ranoake but indeed was delivered to Buchanan, VA to a residential home yesterday 1/11 at 6:36 PM. UPS notified HSN via e-mail of the lost package and also spoke with HSN supervisor Veronica this afternoon and still customer service refused to credit me for the refunds of the 7 items.
An investigation is opened by UPS to locate the package. Issue now is between you HSN and UPS. I have my receipt that package was mailed. I should not suffer for UPS mistake. Flexpay on the tote which is due today on item # 608317. Now what?
