@mdk207, I’m very sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for FlexPay orders in the future. At this time I’ve requested the authorization hold be removed. Please allow 3 business days for your bank to reflect these funds.
