Flexpay changed randomly
This was about to be my first time ordering from HSN on flexpay. I placed an item in my bag, but was unsure if I wanted it. When I placed it in my bag, it had the option of 4 or 5 flexpay installments but when I went to pay for it today it only had 2. I went through my other favorites and noticed most of them were maxed out at 2 flexpay options as well. Is this typical with this program, or could this be related to me personally? I know they do credit checks, but I hadn’t even attempted to purchase the item before the options were knocked down, which is what I find strange.
If you placed the items in your bag on a different day then yes the flexpays offered on that day may have been a different amount offered at that time than when you went to check out. Flexpay amounts do change depending on different sales or promotionts they may be offering at that time. It doesnt have anything to do with your credit or you personally. Just adding it in your bag doesnt lock in any sale price or extra flexpay promotions. Hope this helps you in the future
