I tried to do a flex pay, said my card was ineligible but still charged me anyway after canceling my order. Please release my funds then I can use a different card! Please and thank you, I don’t want to end up charged twice!
I really am sorry for the experience and inconvenience this has caused @fffsandra. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization for $266. The time frame as to when those funds will become available again is dependent upon your financial institution.
