I’m trying to order a computer for my home based business which I need ASAP. Seeing how my laptop crashed and since its just starting out, most of my work is done on computers. I have chosen flex pay due to family emergencies the last few weeks We don’t have the extra to buy in full, which my last flex pay is all paid. It went through and I have chosen a quicker shipping because like I said I need it ASAP. Everything went through yesterday morning and I just recieved an email saying the flex pay is not going to work and I need to pay in full to be able to receive my product. I would love an explanation as to why this has happened. And as to why it would go through and come off the card but then 24 hours later so I won’t get it on flex pay. I’m not one to get ticked off easily but I’m very upset about this. Like I said i need it for my business.
