Flex pay order denied
I I as others have stated ordered before with no problems then today ordered the RCA tablet and then my card was denied. Makes me feel like I am trying to write a bad check or something. She ran it through again, and again “denied “. She told me it wasn’t them and I should call my bank. So I cal my bank and they tell me that the order went through 5 different times. It showed debit then credit like that 4 times then the last one didn’t give credit. It wasn’t the amount the HSM on the phone even quoted me. The bank said I had nothing wrong with my account and it should have gone through. I call HSN customer service and she said yes I was denied because at this time of the year and the item being an electronic purchase sometimes the companies, not them ask for security. I asked her what does that mean and she got all snappy with me and said she was trying to explain to which she never did and couldn’t because she said she didn’t know. She was very rude and just kept repeating herself and not being able to explain a thing. I am sure she is reading off of some card. She did tell me that it would go through if I wanted to pay the full price. Well that won’t happen. I will never ever watch HDN again so that means I will never buy from them again.
@deborahb59, I’m very sorry to see this. When I look into your order I was able to see what happened. It looks like the address on your credit card didn’t match the address we have on file. This is why we weren’t able to process your order. You should be able to update that with us and place your order with no issues. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble.
