Flex pay order cancelled
I placed an order for a TV and after I put my card info in and it told me after I submitted the order that I was not eligible for flexpay. However you managed to take $210 out of my account and I want that money back NOW!! This is rediculous.
I really am sorry to hear that your order has been cancelled @teri6285. I see that our system has already sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame of the funds becoming available is dependent upon your financial institution.
