Flex pay on HSN card canceled
Told I did not qualify for flex pay because they couldn’t run a credit report on me. I explained that I had a credit freeze on my credit reports because of an identity theft issue and they said they had to run a credit report to see if I could do this. I have six flex pays with one payment left.
What is going on? I have been a customer for over five years!
I’m sorry @jackiied to hear your order was cancelled. It looks like it was cancelled due to FlexPay Eligibility. Just because you were declined FlexPay on this order, doesn’t mean that you wouldn’t be able to take advantage of FlexPay in the future. All FlexPay orders are subject to the credit approval process. You’re more than welcome to call our FlexPay Eligibility Department at 800-879-2559 Monday – Friday between 8:00am-4:30pm ET.
