Flex Pay Listings Not Showing
For almost two weeks, I can’t view my flex-pay orders. Instead, a boxed message inred appears .. “Oops, you don’t have any flex- pay orders for the month of May.” That’s totally wrong. I spoke with a customer service rep five days ago. She saw the flex-pay listings when she looked up my account, but I still couldn’t and still can’t view them. At the time, the rep said she would report the problem to the proper department (IT?) and the problem should be resolved in two or three days, at most. Again, that was FIVE days ago. PLEASE HELP!
, It looks like when they researched this they weren’t able to recreate your experience. I would suggest deleting your browsers cache and cookies and then signing into your HSN.com account. Please let me know if you still have trouble with this.
