Flex Pay LIES!!!
Okay I was planning on ordering a Chromebook on flex pay with my debit card. My first order was cancelled. Then I order again after talking to a customer service rep and that order was cancelled, keeping in mind that my debit card is being charged immediatetly everytime. So I called in after the second order was cancelled and talked to a CSR that told me that the policy on the debit cards for flex pay needs to be more clearer. How can someone put in their debit card and it gets ran as a credit card. Please let your people and the public know that even if you pay with a debit they are going to run your credit. It always take 3 business days to get your money back but only 3 minutes for them to take it out of you account 3 times.
