FLEX Pay Failures
Im not sure why your staff isnt trained on FLEXPAY elligibilty requirements. Why in the world would you charge somebody for an item and tell them thank you. Only to have flexpay cancel your order 2 minuetes later and then not take ANY time or effort to call the customer back and let them know it was all a bad joke. When you call customer service , they have absolutely no information to help. Not even a supervisor can explain. To make matters even worse I ordered a laptop computer and the viper security 2016 suite at the same time. When you cancel the main part of the order why still send and charge me for the program that goes on it. You canceled the computer that the program is to be installed on. What am I to do with it without a computer. Still today it has been nearly a month since the order was canceled and nobody still has an explanation.

I am sorry for the frustration with your recent order. Flexpay is handled and decided by a special department, and so Customer Service would not have any additional info for you. You can reach the flexpay department directly at 1-800-879-2559 (8am-8pm EST Sun-Sat) and they may be able to provide more information on why the order was declined. As for the Vipre, you are welcome to send it back to us for a refund within 30 days of the order date. Please use the Easy Return Label that it arrived with and follow the directions listed there.
