Flex Pay Denied.
Today I tried to purchase a Microsoft surface go and the keyboard for my college work. I have never financed anything before and I found the flex pay system to be very intriguing. I thought I would give it a shot so I called customer service before I purchased just to make sure that I was eligible and that everything would turn out smoothly. I finally make up my mind, finish checking out and I saw the surface was canceled but the keyboard went through. I was very confused on why this would be so I checked my account balance and a charge was taken off which was more than what the charge would have been even if I bought everything together. For everything, it was supposed to be $170 and over $190 was taken from me. I called customer support and they told me that they were sorry and that I would receive a letter stating why I did not receive flex pay. Even after I called to make sure there was not any eligibility rules I had to follow. Overall I am very disappointed and after a quick google search I have seen that this is a big issue for many people, some cases significantly worse than mine. If I could get an estimation on when my funds will be released that would be great. I really need this surface for my schoolwork and this is all just one huge obstacle I was not ready to deal with.
