Flex pay denied!
It’s ridiculous I order the switch on flexoay. It states my payment was accepted and minutes later I get an email saying my order was canceled but I’m still charged $109.00. This is illegal. It was not an authorization hold it was a charge. Order # 155******. I would like my charges reversed Immediately as you took out my money immediately. I will call my bank and state it’s a fraudulent charge otherwise. HSN KRISSY OR MODERATOR PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS

@sreyes, I’m sorry to see that we were unable to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean that you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. I looked into this and you should only be seeing an authorization hold which should fall off in 3-5 business days depending on your bank’s policy.
