Flex pay denied
My flex pay was denied. I thought it was an error so entered my information again and it charged me twice! Please remove those from my account and give me my money back! 1st time shopper..now a last time shopper!
@floroda, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. Since the orders are cancelled you’re not seeing charges but authorization holds. These holds will automatically fall off in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy.
My flex pay not processing too. I think they are having an issue big time. My phone app keeps telling me to contact CS regarding my order. So I did & she couldnt’ even see my order. Funny since I have saved it, reinstalled a new HSN phone app, logged into my acct, have 2 items in my cart AND CS stull doesnt see a thing??? I have busy day & it’s a good probability that my $200 order will not happen. Im a good, loyal customer of HSN & QVC and this is SO frustrating!
