Flex pay denied
I have been an HSN customer for years. I have bought hundreds of things on flex pay, never paid late, never having an issue, UNTIL TODAY. I tried to buy a laptop for Xmas and like many others on here, I thought the order went through, they certainly charged me TWICE! Then I get notified through email my flex pay was denied. I will be paying off all flex pay items, AND closing my HSN credit card account. I will also be calling my credit card company in the morning and report the credit card fraud perpetuated by HSN.
This is NOT how you treat valued customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I really am sorry to hear of your most recent experience with us @rnochick. I’ve sent an electronic request regarding the authorization for your canceled order and certainly understand your disappointment with your order being canceled. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
