Flex pay denied
I was really looking forward to purchasing an all in one computer for my son for Christmas. To my surprise my order was denied on flex pay! To top it off when I called customer service the rep was extremely rude and not helpful at all. All she could say was I’m sorry you couldn’t shop with us today…
I should have performed my research prior to attempting to utilize flex pay. After adding my debit card as a form of payment, the transaction was denied. I believe the reason stating something about using a debut card. SInce this the laptop was a gift,I decided to try using my paypal account which was initially confirmed but later denied. The issue for me lies in the fact that I have two holds for the flex pay amounts that could take days to release. If a transaction is denied then do not place a hold on the individuals account. I called customer service and reached a representative who was very courteous. She mentioned that the billing department may be able to fax proof of cancellation to my bank which could possibly aid in an early release of the account hold. I will call in the morning but do not believe this is an absolute inconvenience.

Ronnie, If you have a membership at the big store that starts with a C. they have hangers there 9.99 for 35 of them. They last pretty well.
