Flex pay denied yet still charged
So I tried to order two items for my first time shopping on HSN And unfortunately the card I was trying to use isn’t eligible for flex pay due to it being a prepaid card. Anyway, INSTANTLY I was charged for the purchase and so I thought “oh cool it did work” and when I checked to the “my orders” nothing shows up. Reading all of these posts I’m assuming I actually indeed wasn’t able to order the items eventhough HSN charged me for them. Can I please get my money back now?
@claudizzle, I’m very sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. What you’re seeing is an authorization hold for the amount we planned on taking. We won’t be taking these funds and the should be available in 3-5 business days depending on your banks policy.
