Just like the rest of you my order was cancelled. Apparently there are a lot of us. It’s bull. Like someone else I had just received a new debit card and thought something was wrong. So I tried 2 times with my card and once with my husbands. I had $680.00 in pending. On a holiday weekend. Thank god I called my bank and they lifted my funds u til Tuesday. Hsn is unfair. A debit card is a good as cash, if you got the payment it should go through. What is going on,
@swu, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. Happy to see your bank was able to drop the authorization holds for you. Sadly, the FlexPay department doesn’t share any information when it comes to these orders. You will get a letter in 7-10 business days with more information regarding this order.
