Fitbit Flex 2 Battery
It was indicated in the demo that the Fitbit had a battery life of 5 days. I’ve had it one week and need to charge it every day. Is it possible to get the battery replaced or do I need to return the entire unit? If I need to return, please waive return shipping charge. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your help Kyle. I was able to find a Fitbit Flex 2 manual on the QVC website. It had instructions on how to “restart” if there was a problem synching and how to increase battery life by disabling some features that are not necessary. Perhaps Lori Leiland can explain these details in her presentations instead of talking so much about her challenges with the hosts and how precious her son is. Again, thank you for your help.
