i had an issue with customer service pulling funds that werent even due when i told them to pull only the funds from my account that were due now . So here i go with no phone time in my phone because i am unable to pay my phone bill because hsn pulled funds for 2 payments now they tell me i have to wait 3_- 5 days for it to reverse vut my problem i guess not only that i purchased a trinity tablet that is trash that the payments are going to . So now i have no phone or a tablet . You think they would compensate me some how since i have been a loyal vustomer but a company they represent sells trash making lots of money from people who shop on their site most likely because they cant afford to pay high dollars in the store in full ! So again here i sit on my internet only communication until whenever on my phone because tablet was trash and cant receive or make any phone calls which by the way i am waitingbfor important calls huh go figure i guess i was a sucker this month !
Thank you for understanding my being upset . I aporeciate your response Just hope i dont have to wait til Monday for my funds i cant esxpress enough how much this is affecting me . I need my phone and not knowing how long to get it back on. i also will have to purchase a new tablet since the Trinity is worthless. I really cant afford to keep putting money out on an item that should have been as described.
