My Favorites have been disappearing for months, and no one has fixed it, despite multiple requests I have made via phone, email, chat, and Community. This error greatly affects my Alerts and my entire shopping experience. I log in to my account on my MacBook and iPhone. I stopped logging in on my iPad. I told my family to use a different browser if they are going to log in to their HSN accounts on my computer, but it has not made a difference in the disappearance of my favorites. I see that some other HSN Community members are currently having the same issue I am.

The only answer here is the right to make a decision based on other people’s opinion. Just happy that your experience with the mop was a good one and that counts too…..Ronnie
