EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
Called a C.S. representative to check on the status of two items I had returned approx. one month ago that remained on my bill that I had just received. Instead of just looking up what I was referring to, the C.S. rep. kept telling me about how many things I had already returned at one time and got credit for, not the information I needed to know. Kept telling me when you have more information call back, I gave him sufficient information, he just wouldn’t do his job and kept arguing with me to the point I finally hung up and called back and spoke to someone who resolved the problem in less than two minutes, with the SAME information I might add. C.S. needs to remember that without their customers there wouldn’t be jobs available for them and myself personally with what I have purchased from this company I have paid a lot of employee’s salaries.

HSN has changed a lot Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past for HSN.
You are right the have forgotten that customers are the ones that provide their jobs.
I asked for a Born shoe credit several days ago. My request has been ignored.
It is sad here. 😞
