Extremely disappointed in customer service. I pay my bill in full each month. Last month it was huge – over $800 – so I deducted the bill amount for the 2 items I returned. I made the mistake of not taking into consideration they don’t credit the full amount. Long story short I underpaid $9 and they charged $17 interest! Totally my mistake. I called Saturday – had to wait until Monday for supervisor. Called Monday as I had not heard from anyone. Supervisor said I had to talk to the girl’s supervisor I talked to Saturday and it was only Monday (not sure what that meant). Today is Wednesday – still hadn’t hear anything. Called and was politely told they could not take off interest charge. Guess my account wasn’t providing enough revenue.
Sorry to say that I will pay my account off in full. Return the last few items I ordered and cancel my account. It was fun while it lasted.
I would like to retract my statement about HSN customer service. It is the HSN CREDIT CARD customer service that is disappointing not HSN customer service. I gave them my sob story and they were willing to work with me. Anytime I have an issue they are willing to work with me to make me happy. Thank you HSN customer service!!
May stop using my HSN card all together.
@ging98, I’m terribly sorry for your experience with your HSN Card. We definitely don’t want to lose you! Unfortunately, we don’t assist in credit card concerns. I truly wish there was more I could do in this situation. I would suggest to contact 1- 724-6649 (8am-1am EST) for your credit card concerns.
Thank you Jordan. HSN does have the option of crediting me that amount per spendable KASH or something but elected not to do so.
