Good afternoon. .. I’m extremely disappointed on how a call was handled…I received the incorrect color of the cellphone I ordered…I decided to wait until I calmed down to call to avoid me being unnecessarily mean to your rep..
The packing slip had the wrong color so your vendor sent what was on the slip..I checked to confirm I ordered blue instead of black..I did order blue..all I wanted was HSN to make things right..I asked if a rush can be made on the request to send me the mailing label and once it’s confirmed the return has been returned, can hsn expedite the shipping for the correct color. .I was told that couldn’t be done..I feel my request wasn’t unreasonable since the error was the fault of HSN..
I hung up the phone because I wasn’t receiving professional customer service from your customer service lead.. to date this issue is still unresolved. .I would like this error corrected and a replacement shipped..if you’re unable to do that, what other options are available to me?
Can you send me the item numbers of the computers you’re referring to? I want to make sure I give you the correct information.
