Extremely Disappointed, 2 incorrect orders
Today I received two orders from HSN. The first being the Joy’s Huggable Hangers and the second being Smith and Cult nail polish. My first issue was the hangers, because upon opening the package, I noticed that they were not in the color I wanted. I contacted customer service for an exchange, but the hangers are sold out and my only option is to return. This of course makes me unhappy, but what can I do….so I have now missed out on getting the deal I wanted.
Second issue, I really wanted this nail polish….it arrived in the wrong color. So this is now the second order with the wrong color. What is going on with the packaging? Like I ordered a sugarette and got suburban warrior…that’s a huge difference….Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I love shopping here, I know mistakes happen, but this is kinda odd.
@det2nyc10, this is certainly odd. I’m terribly sorry you received the wrong color on both of your orders. I definitely want you to receive what you originally ordered. I appreciate your feedback and will forward your concern to our leadership team.
