Extra Flex didn't take…
Hello again! I just placed an order for item #505-299 – the Generations® 1912 -1.40ctw Green Demantoid Garnet and Zircon Sterling Silver Ring. During the checkout process I selected the Extra Flex 5 payment option, but when the order processed, it only gave me 4 payments. Can this be fixed? I used spendable ka$h on the order, so I don’t want to cancel and try again and lose it. Thank you so much!
P.S. Any idea why this happens so often when extra flex is offered? It’s very disconcerting when your checkout page gives you one amount (which is the amount you are expecting to pay) and after you click the button, you find out you are billed a higher amount than previously shown. Sure wish this issue could be resolved once and for all – I’ve had it happen for years now. 🙁
@seanchai, sorry to hear your order didn’t get placed onto ExtraFlex as you wanted! Not sure what’s causing this but I’ll be sure to report it for you. I’ve also got the order adjusted so that it will now be on ExtraFlex. You can view your new FlexPay schedule by visiting the FlexPay Manager on your account.
