Extra charges on card
I ordered an item on 12/14/18 on flex pay & the initial downpayment that was to hit my card was to have been $5.19, however it was hit for $11.02. Contacted customer service & they said it was just a pre authorization & would be readjusted. Well today on 12/15/28 my card was hit for another $11.02 as well as $5.19. All have been for the same order number. Never had this happen before in my 20+ years with HSN & will be watching HSN charges & contacting my credit card company on fraudulent charges if this is not rectified shortly.
@wiscboy, it’s true that we authorize for a the price before any discounts are applied but that should be corrected once your order ships and you’re actually charged. Sorry for any extra authorization holds that may be on your account. Please keep an eye on them and let me know if you end up seeing any actual charges that should not be there.
