Extended Delivery Orders Not Filled Before New Orders
I ordered Anna Griffin Holiday Cutting Cartridges w/mats on 10/11 with extended delivery of 11/20. I accepted that happily. I noticed that this item was on air on 11/2. My sister in law ordered it and it was shipped almost immediately with an estimated delivery date of 11/9. She actually got it 11/5. My order was just shipped 11/9. Very angry that those of us who placed orders in October put in extended delivery status were not filled prior to new orders. I called Customer Service over the weekend. All I got was ‘so sorry’. Can anyone explain why you don’t fill original orders first before newly placed orders?
humm I placed an order in October as well and it was immediately placed on extended order… I still have not received mine…. Maybe they had a bunch of incompetent people working in October!??
, I’m very sorry that happened with your order. This is just an honest mistake on our end in managing our vast, rapidly changing inventory. I’ve reported this incident to our leadership team so we can work on preventing these type of experiences in the future.
Ha! Right on! I love planning for gift giving but I am not great at waiting to give the gift! I have 3 gifts on my dining room table right now already wrapped! I am itching to give them already!
i agree with you cindy. there’s nothing more in this world that i hate than being rushed. i’m totally a planner and i like being prepared. i’m also all for stocking a "gift drawer" in case any longtime friends show up announced with a hostess gift at your annual holiday "open house". who wants to be embarrassed by not having a gift ready? i’d rather be embarrassed ordering my third egg nog……….. oh, sigh…xoxo
