Extended Delivery on AS
I want to know what is going on with the Crafters Companion Celebrate Mini Bundle AS. Item #635-077
This item was to be released on October 4th and that morning everyone received an email saying the item was on extended delivery and will not be in until FEBRUARY 2019. Really? This is an auto ship that was ordered back in August to be shipped in October, December and February. If we are not to get our first AS till February, does that mean they all are being pushed back by 4 months? I write to Sara Davies about this matter. This was her reply…’We at Crafter’s Companion have not delayed this so I would think it is a typo, please do give HSN customer service a ring’. With that begins said…WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???
If CC is not holding up the product, why can’t you delivery it?
Spoke to a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent this morning. He said that the item was over sold. I just don’t understand how things can be over sold. Not with the technology running everything. Once you hit the clip level, stop taking orders. Stop promising delivery dates that you know you can’t come close to. I guess it is all about sales. Get us to buy things you / HSN knows will not be filled. I know HSN has not billed us yet for these delayed products but there is little trust left.
I am so furious as well. Seems to be constant problems with HSN and Crafters Companion. I have written to Sara as well. Hope Sara can help. Hope someone can help.
