First, I have never exchanged anything before so I amnot familiar with the procedure. I read the receipt and it said for exchanges to contact customer service. I purchased two items: #491-308 Vince Camuto Park Suede Slouch Boot and #500-677 Vince Camuto Faythes Chunky Heel Ankle Boot with Pinhead Studs. Both in an 8 1/2. I received the slouch boot and I will need to size up to a 9 so I will be returning that and ordering another one. The second pair (chunky heel) will not fit either (have not received those yet) so I placed an order for the 9 this morning before they sold out. Does customer service do something different with an exchange? Please advise.

Hi , we always recommend reaching out to us before returning an item (whether you want a refund or exchange). If you have already placed a new order for the item you’ll just want to return the first order for a refund.
Sadly it appears we are currently sold out of a 9 sugarplum in the slouch boot. So we’re unable to process an exchange for you. I wish I could have provided you with better news.
