Exchange – Very Disappointed
Received a $250.00+ Netgear Orbi router that turned out to be defective. All installed, then two hours on the phone with Netgear technical support. That doesn’t bother me, things happen. But HSN won’t ship the replacement until they receive this one back. Topping that off, they aren’t emailing me a return label. No, they are snail mailing it! Going to be down two weeks due to this absolute nonsense.
They tell me it is because the item is over $100.00. I’ve ordered and paid for tens of items in the past couple of years. They have my account information on file. There has never been a payment issue. What is your problem HSN? Amazon doesn’t play this way. They have exchanged $500.00 items. So quickly in fact that I had the replacement before the item to be returned had even left my house. Very disappointed. Definitely sending more of my business toward Amazon and others that take better care of their customers when it comes to defective items.

I went ahead and canceled the original exchange and reissued it to ship out immediately for you. You can expect to receive it within the next 3-7 business days. Once the label arrives just send back the defective unit. 🙂
