On my order status, why doesn’t an order paid by VISA, show an “exchange” option when it should still be able to be returned or exchanged, since its within 30 days of purchase? Thanks
@sharpmd, I’m sorry your Order Status isn’t reflecting correctly. You are correct in stating the Return Options should be available within the 30 days. @velveteenrabbit7, is also correct about the exchange option. I did notice for example, the Venice Camuto Drape, is no longer available in the size you ordered and has a limited quantity. However, the Return Options should still be present. I will forward this concern to our Web Team. I apologize again for the confusion.
If the item is sold out the exchange button disappears. It has nothing to do with form of payment. I HATE the new order history, too difficult to navigate!
