Exchange for Defective Product – Shipping Cost?
Hello! I ordered an Ottlite Wireless Charging Desk Lamp in rose gold and sadly it doesn’t seem to work. I saw there is an option for an exchange so I started that process but will I be charged shipping to send back the defective product? I got free shipping on the original order, since it was defective out of the box and the only thing I’ve ever needed to return, can the shipping cost be waived since I’ve requested an exact replacement?
