Exchange an Item?
I bought the Spin Spa 574-358 When it was the TS. I wanted to do an exchange but the Sandra on the phones said they were on B/O even though it did not show that it was backordered online.
So my only choice was return and get full refund. It was considered defective, it was used.
I have returned it and it seems to be in USPS limbo…have not seen an update from them for several days.
Now on my order status it has the EXCHANGE option. If I reorder it, it will be the higher price. Can I do an exchange now even though it is logged to be refunded?

Not a problem at all, @trekky! I gotcha! The return tracking for your order is through UPS Mail Innovations. If you use your return tracking number at http://www.ups-mi.net, you will be able to see a little more information than just using http://www.usps.com. I’m happy to share that I was able to set up a replacement for you. There will be no additional cost and the return shipping was waived. Your new Spin Spa will arrive in 3-7 days.
