Error message at checkout
I get an error message at checkout but it doesn’t say what the error is. I tried updating with a new credit card, paying with PayPal. Nothing is working. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?
Katparker, I’m sorry you’re not able to place an order. I took a look and don’t see a reason that would prevent you from ordering. As long as you’re in the U.S. you shouldn’t have a problem. Please try contacting our Customer Service department at 1-800-284-3900 between the hours of 8am-1am EST to see if they’re able to place the order for you.
