Just when I got thru the “Savings Frenzy” mostly intact then this happens. I keep an eye on my credit card charges. When I checked them today there was a $109 charge from HSN on a day I didn’t order anything!! I didn’t bother once again for the millionth time to deal with customer service I just called and cancelled the card and disputed the charge. I no longer what to hear anymore of the excuses they dish out. The way I feel right now that will be the LAST HSN CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@desertqueen, I can definitely understand your frustration with seeing a charge on your account that you’re not familiar with. It looks like you were rebilled $109.82 on 6/8/2017 for the Sharif “Amy” Leather and Haircalf Tote/Satchel that you exchanged as we’re not showing the original order as being checked in as returned. Can you confirm that you returned the original item back to us?
It’s posted on my online order status as returned order# xxxxxxxxxx item # 505-643 with my tracking return #1z1v v 3359045317293. I DID RETURN THE SHARIF PURSE! Please remove this fraudulent charge!

@desertqueen, according to our records, there were 2 of the items purchased on April 10 and an exchange for one of them on April 17. In total I’m showing there were 3 of these purses sent to you. One of the orders is showing as returned and refunded on April 26 in the amount of $103.49. The other order is the one that is showing as exchanged however we’re not showing the original as being received back. Did you return both of the original purses to us together in one box?
