I bought my 16 sheet shredder from Embassy on Oct 27th of this year and already it has stopped working. The overheat light comes on whenever I turn on the shredder. I have the rose gold, but I see it is not available in the color, thats fine. I’d like to exchange, but I no longer have the box, being that I did’nt think I’d have to return/exchange. Can I exchange without original box and will the shipping be free?
Actually, the problem has been resolved! I removed the bag and the shredder is working again. Kinda odd since it wasn’t entirely full? If I have any other issues, I will contact again, thank you for the quick response!

You’re more than welcome to use the packaging that came with your replacement once you receive it but you would have to use the label that came with your original order.
