I have followed instructions to unsubscribe from community emails I see where it says I unsubscribed but I must have gotten 6 or seven since, at least 5 from confused. There must be someway HSN can delete me from community . Delete me from the whole community boards if that is the only way it can be done because I have tried everything.
Thank you luelue. I went to that page, didn’t see any red x but I did click unsubscribe, see if that works. Don’t know how I got subscribed as I never visit that page.
I had the same issue and after following the moderator’s instructions found the red X beside Talk Among Yours forum clicked on that and now it says no longer have subscribtions. I had been to that page several times and never saw the red X. It was tiny and faded. I hope this helps. Be well, Luelue.
@sikylar, I haven’t heard from you and wanted to know if you were able to get the email issue resolved. I definitely want this frustrating situation to end for you. @sikylar, I’m sorry for the inconvenience the emails has been causing you. There is actually a particular way to unsubscribe from emails through your community profile. Click your profile pic. A menu should pop-up on the left-hand side of your screen. In the menu, click “notifications”. A page will load displaying your profile pic and a list in blue will be below it. Click on “subscriptions”. The page will load with a listing of all the subscribed forums. There is a “red x” on the left of each forum. When you click the “x”, it will automatically delete it from the list. I truly hope this helps to end the unwanted emails. Please feel free to keep us posted if you need any additional assistance.
I see I subscribed to order status and TSV, nothing else. I never received community comments or questions sent to my e-mail on a daily basis. I tried to unsubscribe from everything but when I go back and look I see I am still subscribed to some but at no time have I ever subscribed to receive daily emails from the community. I don’t even see that listed in my profile.
