Emails sent from main email VS screen warrantys SUPERVISOR PLS!!!!
On Sunday early evening, I sent two emails regarding needing warranty service on my very first set of battery cell phone chargers inst a charge silver. Purchased May 2017 TO DATE NO RESPONSES
I’m same day I also sent a message that all warranties purchased from you, I receive no addl information regarding who to call and it’s not assurion, this message was regarding the Canon Pixma MX922 warranty, also purchased, but I just print them out from order screen, I get no info in mail, email or anything regarding my warranties that I need in these 2 items. Mind you Canon never opened, never received free full ink, just photo paper separately shipped.
Why am I bothering spending extra money for protection if no one bothers to contact me.
Several mos ago I called on same inst a charge and was hung up on.
Please respond to my emails. I am deaf, even with cochlear implants and captioned phones it’s easier, but if u need to call it’s fine.

@59-60, sorry to see the trouble you’re having. We have all the information for your protection plans on file. The phone number you’ll need to call for the InstaCharge order from May is 1-800-683-9719. Have you opened the printer up at this time?
No Ryan I have not opened it, I have receipts and the offer for 3 business apps.
Thank you for your help. But I’ll need the info emailed to me. For safety purposes, I’m not on main PC, as my chair broke so using my fire tablets which I love.
i have had the the same questions about the warranties I have purchased . I bought the product paid extra for the protection services but didn’t get any paperwork proving itAnd can’t get anyone to tell me how to get it or have item serviced.

@beev2, I also bought the duo Amazon Fire 2nd generation. I’m using one, one still in box, was going to sell, but keeping it as it’s so fast. I’m using for games only get video commercial AND thrown out lol, I think I managed through silk browser to use Google and keep tabs opened all the time, I charge it everynight. I get long battery life.
It’s three instacharges one expanded AND doesn’t fit in slot anymore others aren’t charging and should be.
Lastly, I bet Canon picks nd 922, forgot I had a spare tried to sell for the cost paid plus no never received full ink.
Why bother it’s not opened , just taking up room.
The instarcharges I bet a second set in black with more mAn and realized the others weren’t working.

@beev2, they don’t send paperwork out for the protection plans. We have a record of your order. Please let me know the item you need assistance with and I can provide you with the contact information for the protection plan.
Recently I read an email or something within the HSN community or website part of acct mgt. Addition (hate them) vs square trade.
Each warranty states image coming soon, I had to print out each one I purchased extra warranty for and handwritten the item down, otherwise there is no mention of what was purchased, anywhere on the form and/or what to do, who to contact etc.

Yes, I bought 4 2017 Fire Quad Core 8 GB ALEXA Enabled Tablets in July Item # 567 – 017. I also bought a 3 yr protection plan for each of the tablets.
What does this plan cover ?
I have one that will not take a charge and hasn’t been used 6 months?
