I’m trying to send HSN an email to request that the return shipping and handling for an item I returned (due to a defect) is not deducted from my credit. I filled out the form, but am unable to click on the submit button!! I’ve never had this problem before when trying to send an email. Can someone please advise me on how to send an email or if the function is broken? Thank you.
Same issue for me as well. I try to send an email, using the email link on the Customer Service page. The email form opens, I fill in all the info, and then click the Continue button. The button gets disabled, but the page just stays stuck. Tried this in both Chrome and Edge browsers on Windows 10.
I’m trying to have someone from HSN update my account, so I can write a review for I product I ordered. The product shows up on my “Orders” page, but when I click “Write Review”, I get this message:
Sorry, our records indicate that you have not purchased this item. Only items purchased within the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated.

After more searching, I found the free cut files on Cricut Design space by searching "Anna Griffin gatefold cards". Hope this helps others.
