Just found out that there are two email addresses tied to my account. Can we correct and have xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx be my account email

Hello, still waiting for a like to access my account
Please be advised that I called to ensure that the correct address was in your information for my account and the csr that answered was very unprofessional and impatient. She said that only one email address showed on her computer and that there was only room for one. I tried to explain again that on this chat room, I was told to call customer service and she raised her voice and asked me to give her a minute so that she can send me a link.
