Elite Rice Cooker
I purchased the Elite rice cooker (and the WP one, couldn’t make up my mind)… anyway, it came today, I purchsed it before the premier. When I opened it the measure cup that comes with it is cracked on the bottom of the cup and there is a ding in the outside bottom of the inner pot. Now the pot I am not worried about since I don’t think it will affect the function of the item, but the measure cup will. With a rice cooker you need the included cup for most measurements since it is not a standard US 1 cup (8oz) measure. I am glad this was purchased for me and not a gift.
Everything regarding the original post has been sorted out – except for the spendable kash disappearing. Neither here nor there at this point – it refunded to my HSN card, when I called to add the insurance back on the lady canceled the whole exchange – so when I realized that I called back in, the gentleman restarted the exchange and added on the insurance, he said using the kash Candace gave me. In less then 20 mins the insurance disappeared and the Kash was gone too, so I called once again and they charged the insurance back to my HSN card.
Since I didn’t think the tiny gash would affect the function of the cooker, I used it – big mistake. I am now out 1 cup elbow pasta from trying to make mac & cheese, and 4 cups milk with 2/3 cup rice from trying to make rice pudding – both in the instructions included. both boiled over and both the pasta and rice burned to the bottom before the thing even switched to warm – I mean have you ever had to clean up milk that has boiled over? I had the cooker set in the middle of my – the milk was all in the stove top and it flowed into where the plug is on the machine. I am not even sure I want to open the replacement and try it when it gets here. I am having some bad luck with this product.
Explain please – my replacement plan was used? Why was it refunded? All I wanted was to trade out the measure cup???

I’m unable to provide you with replacement parts however, I do have Blue in stock and will be glad to send a complete replacement order at no charge.
