I purchased a notebook computer a couple of years ago thru HSN. One of the selling points was “Lifetime Technical Support on software issues” with the HP Notebook Computer I purchased. 2 years later I have need of this service – but guess what – the card I got with the computer has a telephone number that is not in service and I can’t find “elitecustomersupport.com” on the internet AND I can’t find a number on any of this paperwork that takes me to HSN, the company at the root of all this. If you offer the services of a company it is you that is responsible for their failings with regard to your customers who bought any product from you with a promise of service to be provided by Elite Customer Support. So kindly tell me who to talk to about this – and please supply a working telephone number. Thank You!

Around 2014 we bought an HP Pavillion laptop. Part of the sales pitch was to have LifeTime Support from Elite Customer Support. I need that support now but the number on the card I kept 855-202-2840 does not work and I cannot get to the website via the registration site given. If some product is promoted in a specific way by HSN then that company has to honor what was advertised or it is a scam. We have bought frequently from HSN but this is outrageous. I have an order number for the Vipre protection promoted the same day but it has been sometime and may not have the order number for the pavillion. I am certain in this age of technology you can get that from your system.
