EASY RETURNS TAKING FOREVER TO UPDATE
I returned an item (satchel) and have been waiting forever for it to be reflected on my account. According to the tracking, the item was scanned and given to the receiving agent. I took a print screen image of this as proof just in case they say they have no record of it. I know it takes time to process a return but this is dragging on too long. This will definitely make me think twice about ordering anything in the future.
@rottonrottie13, I’m sorry to see you haven’t been refunded for your return. We have to allow the warehouse 8 days to process refunds before we’re able to process the refund. If it’s been back at our warehouse for longer than 8 days, please email your order & tracking information to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com or you can give us a call at 1-800-933-2887 between 8am-1am ET.
