Easy Return Fee Deducted from Defective Item
Item #408569 was returned due to it being defective. The bar on the toggle closure is not long enough and as a result the bracelet fell off 3 times within the first 2 hours of wear. This explanation was written on the return form. The $6.95 easy return fee was deducted from my refund. I would request that this be refunded to me. Can you please explain how this bracelet is not defective when it won’t even stay connected? After receiving the item I did notice that three other customers also mentioned this problem in their reviews.
