The drop downs telling me to put it in my bag are deriving me away from this Website. When they drop down they block my ability to go to any of the topics on top, size charts and block part of the enlarged picture among other things. The While You Are Waiting and the Thank You’s are bad enough and I mean BAD. This is kind of the last straw and I know I’m not the only one. PLEASE find someone who can fix these ridiculous drop downs. Thank you for any help you can give.
Hi Sara, The drop downs I/m referring to are those that cannot be minimized or “X’d” out. They just stay there until you move on and then they reappear again telling you to put that item in your Shopping Bag. This has been discussed in the past by others, not just me. Sorry I don’t do screenshots but I am shocked that this hasn’t happened to you. Perhaps I’ve been spending too much time at HSN.
@harikari Sorry for the frustration with the site. I’m not sure I know what drop downs you’re seeing. The only one I see is when I add an item to my bag. To make that go away, you can click any spot on the page and it will minimize again. If you’re seeing something else, please respond with a screenshot so I can send it over to our web team to review.
