Double billed yet again
I had problems the first time, paid ahead on the website. Then months later I get billed from Community bank, which I signed up for the card, but told them I would either pay with my debit Vida or a zero interest cc I had. After far too many calls back & forth while at the same time my marriage of 35 years ended due to alcoholism. I was also refinancing my home. So whwn I got the money +I borrowed extra while refi-ing my house. Just to be done with it. I’ve been disabled since 95 & stress only makes chronic pain, arthritis, and back, neck & every joint in my body after beating cancer & a dose of chemo 50 times what was later used. I didn’t buy anything till I needed Android virus protection & they had a great sale. No problems that time. So last November I ordered my son’s, the sole reason I’m still fighting all I have & will. I purchased 2 Fire tablets and again used the HSN site & had it paid in full by December. A few months later, the Community Vulture came calling again. Saying I had late payments, which is like Christmas all over again with them, with their exorbitant charges MN Again on the phone merry go round. With psyments of &50 & &25, here I am a year later & still paying. Nobody will ever take responsibility, or check what I am telling then. But I have every bank notice & what bills, along with the packaging, since they often change numbers on the transactions. As well as one month you’re looking at your statements & account info on the site & when the Culture flies in, they magically disappear. I will remind you that over billing, double billing is consumer fraud & there’s at a minimum of 6 years on the Statute if limitations. I had hoped that some kind of internal auditing, since I assume unlike Trump you pay taxes? Which without proper handling of cases, which with my years of running retail stores, I have some idea how the process is supposed to go. St 19 I was running my own Radio Shack on Detroit’s infamous 8 Nile road. Which with all the extra worries of such a location. My daily reports were always exact. Somewhere, somehow somebody knows how this tangled web of deceit is pit on the books. Not even considering what it does to the reputation of both companies. If that is the situation. I know if it was my business I strongly believe a happy customer let’s a few people know. A customer whose had nothing but absolutky no help whatsoever in resolving this or past history with both companies. I’ve cancelled orders an hour later when something much more to my liking, & was told the prior order was cancelled MN it wasn’t,& Community billed me for both, again after I had it either paid of or close. Round & round I’m told to call the other one neither one had ever resolved anything. Maybe after this, or if not MN maybe the next one I’ll write the Pope. Since it may take an act of God to be treated fairly. Or contacting many others who there’s no shortage of horror stories. Maybe if we bonded together in a class action suit, maybe, just maybe somebody will care enough to treat someone who could us inline shopping, since I live in pain & will till the day I die MN I’m not asking for anything extra, just what I was promised 4 months without any finance charges. I followed the online payment & paid double. Early on the first payment of 59 instead ki f the 25 & did the same in Dec. 2 times 50 ,equals 100, just like 4 times 25. When Community came calling again, multiple calls & online it said I’d paid in full, which whomever I talked with at HSN should’ve been able to see. But apparently not, since far too many psyments later they’ve got an absurd amount for something I already paid for. Unfortunately my health was not good this year & took far too much of my time. But why should I be the one going through everything yet again, when I already paid somewhere around 600 instead of the 300 I should have when I started. I’m in the middle of a remodel which has stopped & started far too many times. But soon I’ll have every document needed to prove what actually happened the first time as well as this. You can be sure of one thing when Community says I’m paid in full, they’re history. As for HSN that remains to be seen R *** Scottsdale AZ

OHOHOH, yes I did, already responded to it, can’t/won’t do. I did get my shipping back on the return and did not pay for the shipping on the replacement, but the hassle still too much…..grrr….

harpdurp lmao….went to the ‘tube’ site and put in Miracle Mop Tutorial like you said, and watched the one with blonde lady….just goes to show you, even she seemed to want to like the mop and use it….but in actually ends ups showing just how confusing/hard it is to use even when you ‘know’ how to use it!!!
Head on over to "the video-clip site" and search for "Miracle Mop Tutorial" — unintended hilarity! The cameraperson even needed a mimosa (assumedly) to sit through that! Who would go through all that hassle to MOP? Not I !!!
