DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I have been arguing with your customer service department for a week now trying to resolve a return issue. I bought a luggage set that broke before I even left the house on my trip. I was told that I would receive no return or refund, then I was told I would but only in "spendable cash" OH and I would have to pay shipping and pay for insurance out of MY POCKET.
Since I was having such a horrible experience with your customer service and since you weren’t handling the situation at all I told my credit card NOT to authorize the rest of my flexpays. My 3rd payment was supposed to come out yesterday. WELL THIS MORNING my mother DIFFERENT PERSON BY THE WAY. Was DENIED making an order because I owe you 40 dollars! ARE YOU SERIOUS! Not only that when I talked to someone on the phone today I was not helped at all and hung up one. I was FINALLY given a phone number for the customer service execs and GUESS WHAT —- VOICEMAIL —- surprise surprise. What kind of business are you running here. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU EVER AGAIN.

I’ve checked on your order for you and am showing that we’ve set up for your order to be accepted back for a return to Spendable Ka$h as the item is past our 30-day return timeframe. Once the item is received back, the order will be refunded to Spendable Ka$h and ordering privileges would be restored on the accounts listed at this address.
