DO NOT BUY HP laptop!!!
Ipurchased an HP Laptop flex pay from HSN. The harddrive was bad. HP told me they would send me a new one. They never did. When I called to inquire they said they would refurbish mine. I said I bought a new laptop I used for a month, I didnot by a refurbished laptop. They were mean and rude. When I went to HSN today cusomter service basicall siad, its notourprobloem. Your warrantywith us expired, Oh and by the way you still will owe us another 300.00.
Never again HSN.

I had hard drive replaced too.
My tech guy said that the hard drive was much older than the computer.
Now the antenna is out.
HSN knows they did this to a lot of people.
They will NOT make it right.

BY MAKING THEM ALL BE ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET & BUILT A WALL SO NO ONE CAN SEE THEM – AS IT’S NEAR DEPAUL UNIV. TEARS, TEARS, TEARS.
This is not HSN’s problem, and it is unfair for you to blame HSN for this issue.
HPs are sold by many retailers, and you would experience this issue with any of them. The retailers have return policies and if you fall outside of it, you must go to the manufacturer (if there is a warranty).
In this case, HP is offering to refurbish the drive. While I understand you want a new one, perhaps you should have checked out the terms of warranty before you purchased the computer. This is pretty much standard in the industry.
I am sorry if you do not like hSN’s answer, but that does not make HSN a bad company.
I am just getting back on my feet. IN 2014 I was homeless, Slowly I have been making my way back in the working world. 600.00is alot of money for me. But I need a laptop. desparately.
I took a chance on HSN becuase my mother (who passed away)loved HSN and always gave us gifts from HSN. I am so dissappointed. I thought this was a reasonable company.They could not care less about anything but the bottom line. Theydo not care about me at all.
